Terms & Conditions – SlotCatalog Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you ("the Player") and SlotCatalog ("the Platform," "we," "us"). By accessing the SlotCatalog website or mobile application, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or continue using the platform. SlotCatalog reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes through the contact details on their account where reasonably practicable.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and play on SlotCatalog, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You are physically located in and a resident of the Philippines at the time of play.
• You are registering for personal use and not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by SlotCatalog for breach of these Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery process rather than creating a new account. SlotCatalog is entitled to close any duplicate accounts and retain any balance in those accounts in line with its anti-fraud policy.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for updating your account details whenever they change. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

SlotCatalog is required to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before allowing continued play. This verification process, commonly referred to as KYC (Know Your Customer), is a standard requirement for all legitimate gaming platforms and exists to protect players from identity theft and to prevent financial crime.

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on SlotCatalog. Deposits made through unsupported payment methods will be returned where technically possible, but processing delays may apply and SlotCatalog cannot guarantee the return of funds sent through unsupported channels.

• Gold VIP: Faster processing with reduced queue wait time
• Platinum VIP: Same-day processing during business hours
• Diamond VIP: Priority processing as fast as the payment method allows

Withdrawal requests may be subject to a review period, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above certain thresholds. This review is a normal part of our security and compliance procedures and is not a penalty.

SlotCatalog reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts that have not completed the required KYC verification.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Any evidence of bonus abuse – including but not limited to coordinated multi-account play, systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine game participation, or exploitation of errors in bonus terms – will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

VIP members receive personalised bonus offers which are communicated directly through their account or via their account manager where applicable. These offers are in addition to standard platform promotions and are not published publicly.

7 Player Conduct and Prohibited Activities

SlotCatalog expects all players to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Collusion with other players during poker, live dealer games, or any multiplayer format
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or miscalculated odds – any winnings derived from a genuine technical error may be voided
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited
• Allowing or facilitating any third party to use your account
